I work hard to guaranty the workmanship of every collar and leash that I make. In the unlikely event that your collar or leash is defective or damaged due to the construction, an even exchange will be given if I am contacted immediately upon receipt of your order. I will require you to mail the collar or leash back to me, then I will either exchange it for another collar or leash of the same value or I will issue you a credit.

Normal wear and tear does NOT qualify as a construction defect. Every dog is different in how they wear their collar and how rough they are on them. Some dogs play hard and some are heavy scratchers, etc. and their collars will show wear and tear much faster than a quiet, inactive dog. Plus I use many different ribbons and fabrics and each one is different in their durability. Therefore I do NOT guaranty normal wear and tear.

One thing I do recommend is changing your dog’s collar on a regular basis and keeping it clean. This will extend the life of your collar.

I work hard to make sure each collar is strong and durable therefore the chances of a collar or leash breaking are extremely small. However, PLEASE examine your collars and leashes regularly to ensure nothing is breaking loose or that your dog hasn’t scratched or chewed it making a weak spot.
